The Allegany County Commissioners on Wednesday outlined their legislative priorities to the District One Delegation in a meeting that lasted just over an hour. While much of the discussion was bogged down in details regarding proposed liquor license bills which failed last year- there was also discussion on fracking, highway user funds and gaming revenue.
