A light agenda for the Allegany County commissioners late Thursday afternoon, but there were several important action items including a new contract for food service at the county detention center. ARAMARK Inc., has been providing food service at the jail since 2000. According to Captain Lee Cutter, the new contract, which would run to July 7, 2014, would include a 1.5 percent increase per meal. Last year’s contract was for $326,693.25…
