The Allegany County Commissioners voted Thursday to establish a Transit Taskforce- charged with undertaking a comprehensive review of the county’s transportation and transit operations and to propose potential solutions to existing problems. The primary focus will be on the bus service which has been the target of criticisms and complaints from users for many years. The resolution was presented by County Administrator Brandon Butler he said he has spoken to several business owners who report that many of their employees have to arrive several hours prior too, and stay several hours after their shifts as a result of a less than ideal transit schedule…
