Allegany County officials are planning to keep fans of the Detroit based hip hop group music group- the Insane Clown Posse from causing issues at the Allegany County Fair this year. The followers are known as Juggalos. Allegany County Sheriff Craig Robertson said that there were a few of the groups followers at last years fair, however they didn’t cause any problems. The reason for adding a ban on “identity-disguising face paint” is to take a proactive approach and prevent any trouble. Robertson said the group’s followers have caused problems at other venues. Danny Williams of Mount Savage, is a member of the Fire Police which provides security during the annual county fair.
