After a number of candidates running for seats on the Allegany County School Board expressed concern in recent weeks with the school system’s Chinese Immersion Program- School Superintendent David Cox joined WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” Monday to discuss the controvery and the questions that have been raised by candidate Wayne Foote, David Bohn and Robert Farrell.
