It has become a tradition for Allegany County School Superintendent Dr. David Cox to begin the first day of each new school year by riding with students on one of the morning routes. On Monday Dr. Cox accompanied the kids riding to West Side elementary school on Bus #38 driven by Buck Taylor. Cox, appearing on WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” said that he enjoys the annual ride for a variety of reasons.
