On Monday, October 24, 2016, the Cumberland City Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Bernadette Campbell. Charges were filed by a private citizen at the District Court of Allegany County. A Criminal Summons was issued by District Court, charging Campbell with Assault-2nd Degree. Campbell was served with the Criminal Summons and released pending trial.

CHARGES: Assault-2nd Degree
The Cumberland City Police Department would like to remind all citizens to lock their car doors and to take valuable items out of their vehicles so they are not easily targeted by thieves.
