On June 28, 2016 the Cumberland Police Department arrested Andrew Jeremiah Seifart on an Allegany County Circuit Court warrant. The warrant charged Seifart with Failure to Appear for Child Support Contempt. Seifart was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await his next court appearance in Circuit Court.

Disorderly Arrest
On June 28, 2016 the Cumberland Police responded to the 200 block of Baltimore Street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival officers located John Michael Pinson yelling at a window to a residence and causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. Pinson was told several times to stop yelling, but he failed to obey the officer’s order. Pinson was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. He was issued a criminal citation for Disorderly Conduct and released pending trial in District Court.
