On July 24, 2017 the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on Autumn Marie Alt. Alt failed to appear for court on an original charge of Theft Less Than $100 on January 5, 2017. Alt was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was released on her personal recognizance pending trial in District Court.

Failure to Obey Arrest
On July 24, 2017 the Cumberland Police responded to a house on Pennsylvania Avenue to check the premises of the residence. While police were conducting their investigation, Eric Brewer created a disturbance with the police and failed to obey officer’s orders to remain away from them while conducting their investigation. Brewer had no involvement in the original incident police were investigating other than being in the same neighborhood. Brewer was arrested and issued a criminal citation for Failure to Obey. He was released pending trial in District Court
