On December 11, 2016 the Cumberland City Police Department responded to and investigated 7 M/V Crashes.  All of these M/V Crashes were a direct result of the roads icy and snowy conditions.  One of these crashes involved a police car that was set up to provide a safe barrier to a vehicle that had already crashed into a telephone pole.  The vehicle that struck the police car was unable to stop on the icy road and struck the police car on the bumper.  There was very minor damage to both vehicles.  There were no injuries reported in any of the M/V Crashes.
