On Monday July 25, 2016 the Cumberland City Police Department served a criminal summons on Devin Terrell Joyner.
The summons stemmed from an incident that occurred on Grand Avenue during the month of June.
On 06/14/16 an officer from the department responded to Grand Avenue for a destruction of property complaint. The victim advised the officer that Devin Joyner was creating a disturbance outside of her residence. Joyner apparently started banging on the door of the residence causing a window to break, he then departed the area prior to the officer’s arrival.
Joyner was released after the service of summons pending trial in District Court.
