CPD Serve Warrant & Make Disorderly Conduct Arrest

On Monday, May 23rd, 2016 the Cumberland City Police Department served an arrest warrant on Kevin W. Page Sr.  The warrant was issued as the result of a burglary investigation of a residence on Maryland Avenue back in July, 2014.  Page was served the warrant and taken before the Allegany County District Court Commission who remanded Page to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $13,000 bond.

Burglary 1st and 3rd, and theft less than $1000.

Disorderly Conduct

 

On Monday, May 23rd, 2016 the Cumberland City Police Department responded to the area of N. Centre and Bedford Street for wellbeing check of a male the caller said look to be disoriented.   Officers contacted the male in question who was identified as Timothy Dale Holtschneider.  While Hotlschneider was talking with officers, he became argumentative and started causing a disturbance.  Several people in the area took notice Holtschneider’s behavior and he was directed by officers to stop causing a disturbance.  Holtschneider continued causing a disturbance and when officers advised him that he was under arrest, he pulled away from officers and resisted.   Holtschneider was processed and taken to the District Court Commissioner’s Office who remanded him to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $3,000 bond.

Disorderly conduct, CDS possession not marihuana, and resisting arrest.
