On October 6, 2019, the Cumberland Police served two Circuit Court Arrest Warrants on, Keri Donaldson, age 29 of Cumberland, Maryland. Both Warrants stem from Donaldson violating her conditions of probation. Donaldson was served with the Warrants and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center pending her appearance in Circuit Court.
