On August 7, 2016 Cumberland City Police served a fugitive warrant on Michael Roy Lantz, age 45 of Cumberland, Maryland. Lantz was wanted by authorities in the state of Pennsylvania for failing to appear on charges of theft. Lantz was served with a fugitive warrant and taken before the District Court Commissioner. Lantz was held in the Allegany County Detention Center waiting extradition back to Pennsylvania.
