On Tuesday, August 29, 2017, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Courtney Miller.  Charges were filed by a private citizen at the Allegany County District Court.  The victim alleged that Miller harassed her and was also in violation of a peace order on August 25, 2017.   As a result, a criminal summons was issued by the courts.   Miller was released pending trial after being served.

 

ARRESTED:  Courtney Elizabeth Miller   AGE:  32          Cumberland, MD

CHARGES:  Peace Order: Fail to Comply (x2), Harass; A Course of Conduct

 

BENCH WARRANT SERVED

 

On Tuesday, August 29, 2017, the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court bench warrant on Kevin Jones.  The warrant was issued due to Jones violating the conditions of his probation.  Jones was arrested and taken before the District Court Commissioner.  Jones was held at the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
