The Cumberland Times News reports a Cresaptown man remained jailed Wednesday on $25,000 bond after he was indicted by an Allegany County grand jury. Cherrod Aaron Mackall, 29, was taken into custody Tuesday on a warrant that was issued July 23. Mackall is charged with three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (narcotic) with intent to distribute. The charges stemmed from alleged offenses that occurred in April and May, according to electronic court records.
