Cresaptown Woman Arrested for Failure to Appear

On Saturday, Cumberland Police served an Arrest Warrant on Jerrica Hamilton, age 29, of Cresaptown.

The Warrant stemmed from Hamilton failing to appear in District Court on August 8, 2019 for theft under $100.

Hamilton was taken to District Court for her Initial Appearance and released on her own recognizance.

    I don’t understand why they are arrested for FAILURE to appear. Then they get let out again. Another waste of taxpayers money
