After decades of business in Frostburg, Crestmont Men's Store is closing. Crestmont opened on August 4, 1961, and has been a family business since.Crestmont, Frostburg's first men's clothing store, endured a rebuild after a fire in 2009 that was a total loss- but thrived thanks to local support and business. Owner Jim Barnes is retiring, and commented on the business over the years
