On April 11th, 2020, The Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Colleen Elizabeth Crossland, age 25, of Cumberland MD. The summons was in reference to multiple incidents which occurred on April 9th, 2020 in the 200 block of Tilghman St. During these incidents it is alleged that Crossland created multiple disturbances and also assaulted a family member. Crossland was served the Summons and released, pending trial in District Court.
Arrested: Colleen Elizabeth Crossland Age: 25, Cumberland MD
Charges: Assault 2nd Degree, Intoxicated Endanger.
