Via his Facebook Page, Cumberland Mayor Brian Grim says that the city fireworks display, scheduled for Monday evening at Constitution Park, has been postponed due to expected rainy weather.
Mayor Grim says the fireworks will instead be held on Tuesday evening, July 5th, at 9:30 PM.
