The city of Cumberland’s annual Halloween party will take place on Sunday October 27, at Constitution Park Amphitheatre area. Registration begins at 1:30 with the parade of costumes set to begin at 2 p.m. The event is open to children 12 years old and younger. Awards will be given by age group and various theme categories. A Hayride is planned along with crafts, games, candy and refreshments.
