At approximately 726pm on Friday officers from the Cumberland Police Department executed a search and seizure warrant at a N. Centre Street residence. Officers located felony amounts of suspected crack cocaine and heroin while searching the residence. As a result of the contraband found both Terri Lynn Shroyer and George Daniel Dupree Jr. were taken into custody. Shroyer and Dupree were transported to police headquarters for processing. Both subjects were later taken before the District Court Commissioner and both were held without bond.

George Daniel Dupree Jr., age 39 of Cumberland, MD
Charges: Possession of Crack Cocaine, Possession of Heroin, Possession w/intent Distribute Heroin, Possession w/intent Distribute Crack Cocaine
