Saturday afternoon just after 5:00 PM,Cumberland Police responded to a business located on Queen City Dr in reference to a disturbance.
Upon arrival Officers talked with several witnesses who advised that a subject began yelling and screaming inside the store. Officers then contacted the subject who continued to yell and scream after being told several times to lower his voice.
As a result Officers placed 34 year old Eastern Day under arrest and transported him to Police Headquarters where he was issued a Maryland Criminal Citation for disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order and released pending trial in District Court.
