On Tuesday, June 12th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 200 blk of Maryland Avenue for a disturbance complaint. When officers arrived, contact was made with Carl Nelson Bohrer who was intoxicated and the source of the complaint. Bohrer was told by officers not to create anymore problems. Moments later, another complaint was received and again Bohrer was determined to be the problem. He was placed under arrest and later released on a criminal citation charging him with failing to obey a lawful order to prevent a disturbance of the peace.
