Cumberland Man Arrested for Harassing Patrons Downtown

On Wednesday April 26, 2017, at 2:10 pm, Cumberland City Police officers responded to the parking lot area of the Queen City Plaza for individual harassing patrons.  William Dibuono, age 49 of Cumberland, was previously warned by officers to cease his actions.  Officers arrived and again observed Dibuono acting in a disorderly manner.  He was advised to leave several times but elected to argue with officers in front of patrons.  Dibuono was placed in custody and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department where he was processed and served.  He was criminally cited and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
