Cumberland Man Arrested on Destruction of Property

On Tuesday, March 21st, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department responded to the Archway Station on Memorial Avenue for the report of a window that had been broken out with a brick.  When the officer arrived, he observed the damage and spoke with employees.  Later on, the officer was able to speak with a suspect of interest identified as Frederick Earl Bolinger.  Bolinger told the officer that he was responsible for damaging the window and did this because of recently being displaced from the residence he was staying and he was upset.  Bolinger was placed under arrest, processed and taken before the District Court Commissioner for a bond review.  Bolinger was released on his own personal recognizes pending trial. 

 

Frederick Earl Bolinger, age; 34, Cumberland, Maryland.

Charge:  Malicious destruction of property.
