On February 4, members of the Allegany County Sheriff's Office executed a search and seizure warrant at a residence in the Potomac Park area. The search warrant stemmed from an investigation based upon complaints received from the public in reference to the sale of controlled dangerous substances (CDS). As a result of the search warrant, John Paul Leroy Miller Sr., age 48, was arrested and charged with numerous crimes relating to CDS distribution and firearms violations.
