Cumberland Man Busted On Crack, Pills Charges

On Saturday, at 3:11 am, a Cumberland City Police Officer was conducting a patrol check of Constitution Park. The officer observed a vehicle parked near one of the pavilions. The officer approached the vehicle and immediately developed a probable cause search of the vehicle. Ryan Swann-Green, age 28, was found to be in possession of Crack Cocaine and a quantity of narcotic pills. Swann-Green was placed in custody and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department where he was processed and served. He was taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office for a bond hearing and was held on a $16,000.00 dollar bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

CHARGES: Possession of Crack Cocaine, Possession of Alprazolam, Possession of Oxycontin.
