On Wednesday July 29, 2020, the Cumberland City Police served an Arrest Warrant on David Weatherall, age 27 of Cumberland. The Warrant charged Weatherall with three counts of trespassing, second degree assault, harassment, and stalking. Weatherall was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center to await his Initial Appearance in District Court.
