On Monday, July 30th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Taylor Michele Kirkpatrick. The warrant was issued by District Court on July 23rd, 2018 when Kirkpatrick failed to appear for trial to answer to the charge of under possession of alcohol. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and released on her own personal recognizance pending trial.
