The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will meet Tuesday, beginning with an executive session at 5 PM to discuss contract negotiation with the union representing certain members of the police department, and the contract of the city adminstrator.
Council is also expected to approve items related to the budget, including keeping the property tax rate the same as it is this year.
