WCBC News this morning contacted Cumberland Police Chief Charles Hinnant concerning any change in policy that may have been influenced by the recent nightclub murders in Orlando.
"The Cumberland Police Department has always made patrol checks around establishments that remain open during evening and nighttime hours a priority for patron safety and continue to do so in the wake of the unfortunate incident in Orlando."
