Cumberland Police Encourage Youth To Celebrate Halloween Responsibly

Its Halloween weekend, and that can prove to be a challenging time for local law enforcement for any number of reasons. Trick or Treat nights will be held throughout Cumberland with neighborhood groups often scheduling when and where. Cumberland City Police each year try to encourage youth and teens to celebrate responsibly and be extra cautious when driving on Halloween night.  The focus is to prevent a tragedy on what is supposed to be a fun night for youth. Captain Greg Leake, Operations Supervisor with City Police, talked with WCBC News about some of the issues officers will be dealing with…
