On Thursday, October 4th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Thomas Heinrich Lee for 2 counts of 2nd degree assault. The warrant was issued by District Court when an application for charges was filed claiming that Lee on October 3rd, 2018 punched, and choked a female on Pine Avenue. Lee was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.

Circuit Court Warrant
On Thursday, October 4th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court bench warrant on John Ray Jenkins Jr. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond until he can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.
