Saturday, October 18, 2104 @ 12:19 AM CDS Arrest
While on patrol an officer observed a vehicle being operated without any lights illuminated. The vehicle was stopped and the operator Bruce Satterfield Jr. was contacted. During the time that the officer was talking with Satterfield he could detect the odor of raw marijuana coming from the vehicle. Police K-9 Barney then performed a scan on the vehicle with a positive alert for illegal narcotics in the vehicle. Satterfield was then searched and a small baggie of marijuana of marijuana was located in his front pocket. Satterfield advised the officer that he had another bag hidden in his buttocks area. The officer had Satterfield retrieve the baggie of marijuana. A large amount of money was also located on Satterfield. He was placed under arrest and transported to PH where he was charged and processed.

Charge: Possession with intent to distribute marijuana, Possession of marijuana paraphernalia
Satterfield was taken for a Bond Hearing and held without Bond at the ACDC.
Saturday, October 18, 2014 @ 1:38 AM Driving Suspended Arrest
While on patrol an officer observed a vehicle being operated on Oldtown Rd. and observed the operator throw a lit cigarette out the window. The vehicle was stopped and the operator Brittany Ann Twigg was contacted. A check of her driver’s license status revealed that her privilege to drive in the state of Maryland was currently suspended. She was issued a citation and released pending trial in District Court.
