At approximately 954am officers were dispatched to a Lincoln Street residence for a violation of a protective order. Officers made contact with Joshua Michael D’Atri at the residence. Officers also made contact with the female victim who had the order keeping D’Atri from the residence. The order was confirmed and D’Atri was taken into custody without incident. He was later taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was released pending trial in District Court.

Charge: Violation of Protective Order
Officers served a bench warrant on Frederick Earl Bolinger for violation of probation. Bolinger was taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was held without bond.
