On Tuesday February 4^th, 2020, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Rodney Ray Porter. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Maryland when Rodney failed to appear on January 21^st, 2020. Rodney was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center where he was released on his own recognizance.

On Tuesday February 4^th, 2020, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Terri Lynn Shroyer. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court when Terri failed to appear on January 30^th, 2020. Terri was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center where she was held without bond.
