The Cumberland Police Department served an outstanding bench warrant on Michael Robert Caswell Jr. for failure to appear. Caswell was scheduled to appear in District Court on September 27, 2018 to answer to the previous charge of theft. Caswell was processed and taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was released from custody pending trial.
