On Wednesday, March 4th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served two arrest warrants on Michael Ray Albright. The warrants were issued by District Court back on February 7th, 2020 for failing to appear for trial on an assault charge and violating pretrial release conditions. He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond.

On Wednesday, March 4th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Andrew Vincent Crescenzo. The warrant was issued by District Court for failing to appear for trial back on January 9th, 2020 on a driving without a license charge. Crescenzo was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await a bond review before the District Court Commissioner.
