On March 31st, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served several criminal summonses. All individuals received copies of their charging documents and were released pending trial at District Court:
Michael Francis Smith, age; 51, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Harassment and telephone misuse.
Richard Troy Oliver, age; 54, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: 2 counts assault 2nd degree and theft.
Jerrica Leigh Hamilton, age; 29, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charge: Theft less than $100.
Shawn Deon Lee Henderson, age; 25, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Possession of contraband in place of confinement and possession/receiving CDS while in confinement/detention.
Brandon Martese Paige, age; 36, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charge: Obstructing and hindering.
Nathaniel Mark Frickanish, age; 31, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Resist/interfere with arrest and 3 counts of CDS possession not marijuana
