On October 14, 2019, the Cumberland Police served two Arrest Warrants on Micah Cheeves, age 25 of Cumberland, Maryland. The first Warrant charged Cheeves with fifteen counts of violating his release conditions. The second Warrant was a District Court Bench Warrant for violation of probation. Cheeves was served with both Warrants and later had his Initial Appearance in District Court. Following his hearing, he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond in both cases.
