The weather cooperated, and even in the midst of a pandemic, the City of Cumberland was able to continue its Independence Day tradition of presenting a fireworks display at Constitution Park, which could be viewed from all over the area.
To limit the spread of COVID-19, access to the park was closed.
Of course, there were several private displays that also took place, creating noise complaints to police.
