On 07/11/2020 the Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Diane Bolin Parker. A citizen applied for charges against Ms. Parker through the District Court Commissioner’s Office. The victim alleged Ms. Parker stole several prescription medications from them on 07/09/2020. Ms. Parker signed for her copies of the summons and was released pending her appearance in District Court.
