On Saturday June 20, 2015, at 1:17 pm, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to a business on Virginia Avenue for a Theft. Investigation into this matter revealed that Christy Wolfe, age 38 of Cumberland, was observed by way of video surveillance eating store owned products that she did not pay for. Wolfe was placed under arrest and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing. Wolfe was criminally cited and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
