On Monday, September 2nd, 2019, The Cumberland City Police Department responded to a business in the 30 block of Queen City Dr for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted a female identified as Angel Andrew Emmalynn Bonner, age 27, of Cumberland MD. As officers exited their patrol vehicles, Bonner immediately began yelling at officers about an argument she had been involved in with another female subject. She was told multiple times to cease her disruptive behaviors. A security officer for the business who witnessed the disturbance was then interviewed. At this time, Bonner began to yell at the Security Officer for speaking to the police officers. She was once again ordered to cease her disruptive behaviors. Bonner then continued to yell and scream profanities which attracted the attention of numerous subjects in the area. Due to her behavior, Bonner was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters. Bonner was issued a criminal citation and released, pending trial in District Court.
