On Friday, December 28th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Angela May Dennison for theft and CDS possession not marihuana. The summons was issued by District Court alleging that on December 24th, 2018, Dennison picked up a prescription of Suboxone from the local CVS pharmacy and failed to provide the medication to the owner. Dennison signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial.
