On June 2, 2017 at approximately 4:26 PM the Cumberland Police responded to a disturbance in front of a business on Queen City Drive. Police learned a representative of the business had previously served Yolanda Marie Bauman with a no trespassing letter. On this date she was found on the property and was told by the representative of the business to leave immediately. While police were investigating the incident Bauman continued to yell at the representative after being told to stop. Bauman was placed under arrest and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Trespassing. She was issued criminal citations for the offenses and released pending trial in District Court.
