The malpractice trial of Dr. William Dando and Med Express of Maryland has been moved to Frederick by Allegany County Circuit Court Judge Gary Leasure.
The move was made in the middle of last week.
The case is separate from the criminal case, which was settled several weeks ago with Dando surrendering his medical license. Dando has denied he inappropriately touched a woman during an exam at Med Express in LaVale.
