Joanna Guy was crowned Miss Maryland this past weekend and will represent the State in the Miss America pageant next year. The 20-year-old Garrett County woman beat out 23 others to win Saturday night. One of her first stops after her win was a visit to WCBC’s “”Dave Norman Show.” Guy won the swimsuit and talent preliminary competitions and was the overall interview winner. Planning to practice law for a career, Ms. Guy said that one thing she focuses on is “genocide”. She says that focus doesn’t prohibit her from focusing on other problems closer to home…
