The development of the Footer Dye Works building continues to move forward with a deadline set for Monday for firms to submit proposals for the project’s next step, which is a structural inspection of the roof. Executive Director Dee Dee Ritchie, during this weeks Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority meeting, said a number of firms have expressed interest in the project.
